Refunds are not available for purchased digital downloads, with the exception of errors and/or typos within the certificates of completion. If there is an error with certificate(s) please contact us and we will have it corrected. Refunds will not be issued for purchased courses if the participant has failed a quiz, has opted to stop attempting to pass the quiz, or has failed to initiate the quiz. If a course has been purchased accidentally refunds will not be given. If a course has been canceled refunds will be issued at the time of cancellation.  Prices for products and services offered by Pep Talk LLC may change at any time. We don’t offer refunds. If you received an incorrect certificate or if there was a typo on your certificate, please contact us at info@peptalkpodcastforslps.com and we will correct it. Refunds are not issued for buyers remorse or accidental purchased items.
