Michelle has been a speech-language pathologist since 2014. She has worked in the schools, private clinics, and home health. She started creating speech therapy materials for SLPs years ago and founded Pep Talk LLC. She discovered her passion for education and developed this continuing education podcast for SLPs everywhere. She desires to help SLPs feel confident and to produce the best treatment by increasing knowledge and skills.

Michele Rothstein, MA, CCC-SLP

Guest Speaker
Michele Rothstein is a school-based Speech Pathologist working full-time in an elementary school for students K-6 while running SLP Madness. She serves as a consultant and coach for school-based SLPs to help them meet the ever-growing demands of their caseload while meeting the needs of their students. Michele strives to provide high quality treatment based on the strong connections she has with her students and their families. Michele believes that therapy success stems from strong caseload management and accurate data collection. In her 24 years as a school-based Speech Pathologist, Michele has served as her department Coordinator, as well as an Instructional Technology consultant to the other therapists in her school district. Michele shares her passion for data collection and caseload management as an educational consultant supporting and guiding SLPs nationwide. Outside of work, Michele is a mom to a teenage daughter. She is a fitness instructor who loves teaching step aerobics. Family and fitness occupy her time when she is not working at school or coaching other SLPs through SLP Madness.
