Michelle has been a speech-language pathologist since 2014. She has worked in the schools, private clinics, and home health. She started creating speech therapy materials for SLPs years ago and founded Pep Talk LLC. She discovered her passion for education and developed this continuing education podcast for SLPs everywhere. She desires to help SLPs feel confident and to produce the best treatment by increasing knowledge and skills.

Laura Brown is a pediatric speech pathologist, early intervention specialist, and mom of two little boys. Laura has 15 years of experience as a pediatric SLP. She previously worked as a contractor to provide state-based early intervention services and currently owns a private practice in Ohio working exclusively with children under four. Laura believes in a holistic approach to early language therapy that includes movement, play, and social-emotional support. She practices relationship-based therapy that prioritizes joyful, child-led interactions and focuses on connection over compliance. Laura is the founder of Early and Bright Online Learning, which offers free resources and several online professional development courses for pediatric SLPs including The First 50 Words Course for SLPs, Speech Sound Disorders in Early Intervention, AAC in Early Intervention, The Daily Routines Course, and Confidently Co-Regulating.
